Where the details come from
Only the brand's own website and the help centre it links to. A phone number, email or address that does not appear there is never published, whoever sends it. Emails are role addresses only, never a named person.
How we read brand websites
- We obey robots.txt. A brand whose robots.txt says no is left out.
- One request at a time per site, 2 to 4 seconds apart, about 12 pages per brand.
- Our crawler names itself QuickHelpSupportBot.
- No VPNs, proxies or rotating addresses, and no solving of bot challenges. A site that blocks us waits for a manual check.
The check date
Each listing shows the date we last read the brand's pages. Details can change after that, so check the linked source page before you rely on a number.
Live chat: AI or human
We name the chat provider from the code on the page. A chat is marked AI first or human only when the provider or the page wording says so. Otherwise it reads "not yet confirmed". We do not guess. See the AI or human dataset.
Phone numbers
Numbers are shown the way you dial them inside their country. Tap one to call: the call goes straight to the brand. We never route, forward or record calls.
Corrections
Send a correction or a new brand through the submit page. We check the brand's own website and publish only what is there.
